Today, I'm going to share my new coloring corner with you. I've discovered that it's quite nice to work while standing up, so I've cleared off the little dresser in my hall, and have designated that space to be all about coloring.
Yesterday, I colored a fairy from Some Odd Girl. The first one didn't come out very well, so I used that image to try out color combinations and remind myself not to forget the ear...
Now hop over to Julia's blog and check out all the other desks out there!
this looks like a perfectly lit spot for colouring - have fun!
SvaraRaderahappy WOYWW and have a great week :)

Brilliant idea. Generally, I found crafting standing up was way more comfortable than I thought. My legs and feet protested the next day a bit, but that would get better over time. :D
SvaraRaderaLook at all those pens...I have envy!
SvaraRaderaThank you for stopping by.

Such a cute image. I am not familiar with those stamps. Your coloring is great. It is one area that I am not happy with my work. I need to learn to use my markers better. I do better with my pencils. I love that you have made a color chart! Happy crafting!! Winnie#75
SvaraRaderaHa ha, I had to inspect the ear of course!! Lovely colouring, nice to be able to have a dedicated spot for colouring. Happy WOYWW Cindy #63
SvaraRaderaWhat a clean and bright spot for you to color at! You have so many pens...wow...you are so fortunate! I loved to color and I have just bought some colored pencils, I have never thought about doing it standing up. I have become one of your followers, I would love it if you would come to my blog and become one of mine. I hope you have fun being creative this week. Hugs, Cathryn #146
SvaraRaderaLook at all those pens! I have now had a glass of wine and I am still trying to visit everyone so my message may be incoherent lol! jenx 129

I too like to do certain art projects standing up. At this time I don't have a place that I can do that, but once I get my little art studio, I hope to have a standing area for just for that.
SvaraRaderaLove the Some Odd Girl stamps! Have fun trying color combos!

I like the colour chart you've done with the pens!! That appeals to me....your colouring is pretty amazing too!! I do a lot of my crafting standing up too...I just find it easier :)

What a great little space you have there and wow you have some promarkers!
SvaraRaderaThanks for visiting. Lacemaking is not "difficult" once you know the basics. There are only two "stitches" and you only use 4 bobbins at a time. My 7 year old niece picked it up in an afternoon! I have just had a quick scan on You Tube and there seem to be lots of videos on beginning lace making so perhaps you should start there.
Good luck! and please let me know how you get on!

Thanks for stopping by this week Anna. I’m sorry it’s taken my so long to make a return visit but just not felt much like spending time on the computer up till now. But I’m on the mend now and ‘ready to party’.
SvaraRaderaLove your little colouring corner, it’s nice to have a designated space that all ready for you to start work when you’re in the mood.
Happy Crafting!
